SQUAAD USER AGREEMENT

Before using our services, you must read, understand, and agree to the following terms and policies governing the use of our platform and the services we offer. By checking the checkbox and clicking "Accept," you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

DEFINITIONS:

  • TRYSQUAAD: Refers to the digital platform operated and managed by BRINNEX LLC, which facilitates the management and organization of sports services and other events.
  • User(s) / You: Refers to any individual who is at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction), has completed the registration process, and has been granted access to use the platform’s services as a consumer. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and agree to use the platform in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Organizations: Entities such as national, state, or local sports governing body, league, club, team, company, university, school, conference or other institution, organization or entity including but not limited to those who hos and/or conduct coaching, training, tryouts, leagues, tournaments or other events, that use the TRYSQUAAD platform to offer their services to users.
  • Payment Gateways: Third-party services, including "CLEARPAY TECHNOLOGY LLC," a leading payment solutions provider, used by TRYSQUAAD to process all payment transactions securely and in compliance with applicable legal standards.

ABOUT TRYSQUAAD:

In this agreement, BRINNEX LLC, and the owner of the website, platform, and trademark (TRYSQUAAD.com, TRYSQUAAD, SQUAAD), and its respective affiliates, successors, and assignees are referred to as "our," "us," or "TRYSQUAAD."

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE.

    By accepting this contract, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our Terms of Use, which contain essential information about the rules for using our platform and associated services.

  2. PRIVACY POLICY.

    You acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, protect, and share your personal information, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

  3. PAYMENT PROCESSING POLICY.

    By making payments through TRYSQUAAD, you agree to our Payment Processing Policies, which detail the methods and security involved in financial transactions on our platform.

  4. COOKIES POLICY.

    You consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy, which explains how and why we use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience on our platform.

  5. USER RIGHTS GUIDE.

    You acknowledge having been informed of your rights according to our User Rights Guide, which provides details on how you can exercise your rights regarding the personal information we hold.

  6. ADDITIONAL POLICIES.

    By using our platform, you are also agreeing to adhere to our Information Security Policy, Security Incident Response Policy, Data Retention Policy, and Supplier and Partner Code of Conduct, which provide further guidelines on the security and ethics of our operation.

  7. SCOPE OF OPERATIONS.

    TRYSQUAAD operates exclusively in the United States. The policies and practices described in this document are designed to comply with the laws and regulations applicable in the United States. The use of our services from other jurisdictions is at the user's own risk, and users must ensure that their use of our services complies with local applicable laws.

  8. DOCUMENT CHANGES.

    TRYSQUAAD reserves the right to modify these documents at any time. We will notify you of significant changes and will request your consent again if necessary.
